Buck O’Neil should be inducted into the baseball hall of fame because of his playing ability and the kind of person he was. My subtopics in this paper will be: The baseball hall of fame, Buck O’Neil’s character, Buck O’Neil’s playing ability, the history of The Negro Leagues, living conditions for player back then, and baseball in general.
